General Conditions of Sale
Art. 1 - General Provisions
1. By browsing this area, users access Masseria Lamapecora, accessible via the URL: https://www.lamapecora.com. Browsing and placing a purchase order on the site imply acceptance of the Terms and Conditions and the Data Protection Policies adopted by the site itself, as indicated therein.
2. These General Conditions of Sale apply to the sale of products exclusively for purchases made on the site in accordance with the provisions of Part III, Title III, Chapter I, of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree no. 206/05 amended by Legislative Decree no. 21/14 and Legislative Decree 70/03) by

3. Before accessing the products provided on the site, the user is required to read these General Conditions of Sale, which are generally and unequivocally accepted at the time of purchase.
4. Users are invited to download and print a copy of the purchase form and these General Conditions of Sale, the terms of which Masseria Lamapecora reserves the right to modify unilaterally and without notice.
Art. 2 - Object
1. These General Conditions of Sale govern the offer, submission, and acceptance of purchase orders for products on Masseria Lamapecora. They do not, however, govern the provision of services or the sale of products by parties other than the seller who are present on the same site through links, banners, or other hypertext links.
2. Before placing orders and purchasing products and services from other parties, we recommend checking their terms of sale.
Art. 3 - Conclusion of the Contract
1. To conclude the purchase contract, you will need to complete the electronic form and submit it following the instructions.
2. It contains a link to the General Conditions of Sale, images of each product and its price, the payment methods available, the delivery methods for the purchased products and the related shipping and delivery costs, a link to the conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, and the methods and times for returning purchased products.
3. Before concluding the contract, you will be asked to confirm that you have read the General Conditions of Sale, including the Information on the Right of Withdrawal and the Processing of Personal Data.
4. The contract is concluded when the seller receives the completed form from the user, after verifying the accuracy of the data contained therein.
5. The user will be obligated to pay the price from the moment the online order is completed. This will happen by clicking the "Submit Order" button at the end of the wizard.
6. Once the contract is concluded, the seller will process the order.
Art. 4 - Registered Users
1. In completing the registration process, the user undertakes to follow the instructions on the site and to provide their personal information accurately and truthfully.
2. Once registered, the user will receive a confirmation email to the email address provided. Confirmation must be sent within 48 hours. After this period, if confirmation is not received, Masseria Lamapecora will be released from all obligations to the user.
3. Confirmation will in any case release Masseria Lamapecora from any liability regarding the data provided by the user. The user undertakes to promptly inform Masseria Lamapecora of any changes to their data provided at any time.
4. If the user provides inaccurate or incomplete data, or if the interested parties dispute payments made, Masseria Lamapecora will have the right to refuse to activate or suspend the service until the relevant deficiencies are rectified.
5. Upon the user's first request to activate a profile, Masseria Lamapecora will assign the user a username and password. The user acknowledges that these identifiers constitute the system for validating the user's access to the Services and the only system capable of identifying the user. All actions performed through such access will be attributed to the user and will be binding on the user.
6. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his/her access data and to safeguard it with due care and diligence, and not to disclose it, even temporarily, to third parties.
