Shipping Your Package

To ensure delivery of fresh products, we will only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. All orders processed on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays will be shipped on Mondays.

Art. 8 - Delivery

1. Masseria Lamapecora ships throughout Italy, excluding the Vatican City and the Republic of San Marino.

2. Masseria Lamapecora will only deliver to the address provided at the time of purchase.

3. Delivery is generally made within 2-3 business days, or, if no delivery date is specified, within the estimated time frame when selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum of thirty days from the date of confirmation.

4. If delivery is not possible, the order will be sent to the warehouse. In this case, a notice will specify the location of the order and how to arrange a new delivery.

5. If you are unable to be present at the agreed-upon delivery location at the agreed-upon time, please contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

6. If delivery cannot take place for reasons beyond our control after thirty days from the date the order is available for delivery, we will assume that you intend to cancel the contract.

7. As a result of the cancellation, all amounts will be refunded, including delivery costs, excluding any additional costs resulting from the choice of a delivery method other than the standard method offered, without undue delay and, in any case, within 30 days of the date of cancellation of the contract. Transportation costs resulting from the cancellation of the contract may incur additional costs, which will be borne by the buyer.

8. Shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility and are explicitly highlighted when placing the order.


Art. 9 - Transfer of Risk

1. Risks relating to the products will pass to the buyer upon delivery. Ownership of the products is considered acquired upon receipt of full payment of all amounts due for them, including shipping costs, or upon delivery, if this occurs later.


Art. 10 - Warranty and Commercial Conformity

1. The seller is responsible for any defects in the products offered on the site, including non-conformity of the items with the products ordered, pursuant to the provisions of Italian law.

2. If the buyer has entered into the contract as a consumer, meaning any natural person acting on the site for purposes outside of any business or professional activity, this warranty is valid provided that the defect becomes apparent within 24 months of the date of delivery of the products; that the buyer submits a formal complaint regarding the defects within a maximum of 2 months from the date on which the defect was recognized by the buyer; and that the online return form is correctly completed.

3. In the event of non-conformity, the user who has entered into the contract as a consumer will have the right to have the products brought into conformity free of charge, through repair or replacement, or to obtain an appropriate price reduction or termination of the contract for the disputed goods and a subsequent refund of the price.

4. All return costs for defective products will be borne by the seller.


Art. 11 - Withdrawal

1. In accordance with applicable legal provisions, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase without penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days pursuant to Article 57 of Legislative Decree 206/2005 from the date of receipt of the products.

2. In the case of multiple purchases made by the buyer in a single order and delivered separately, the 30-day period begins from the date of receipt of the last product.

3. Users wishing to exercise their right to withdraw from a purchase may do so by accessing the "https://www.lamapecora.com//account" section on the Masseria Lamapecora website and creating a return request.

4. The buyer must exercise the right of withdrawal by sending any explicit declaration containing the decision to withdraw from the contract or alternatively transmit the standard withdrawal form, as per Annex I, par.
